MEASURE YOUR HEALTH AND GAIN INSIGHT:

<li>Conduct a 30-second ECG test using your Apple Watch Series 4 (or newer models).</li>
<li>Monitor the synchronization between your breathing and pulse on your iPhone or Apple Watch to gain valuable insights into your current health status and any fluctuations.</li>
<li>Observe how your daily actions impact your well-being and make informed decisions based on the data.</li>
<li>We recommend performing three tests daily to understand how your habits influence your health.</li>
<li>Add notes to keep track of your routines and activities.</li>
<li>Share results directly with your healthcare provider.</li>
</ul>

INSTRUCTIONS:

<ul>
<li>Download the Vagus ECG app and complete the registration process.</li>
<li>Access Apple’s standard “Apple ECG” app on your Apple Watch.</li>
<li>Follow controlled breathing techniques by inhaling calmly for 5 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds, continuously repeating this pattern for 30 seconds (3 cycles of controlled breathing).</li>
<li>For optimal ECG results, ensure you are in a relaxed and quiet environment. Allow your pulse and breathing to stabilize before conducting the test. In case of unexpected results, repeat the test to ensure accurate readings.</li>
<li>Review the test results on the VAGUS ECG app on your iPhone or view a summary on your Apple Watch.</li>
<li>Add personal notes within the VAGUS ECG app on your iPhone for reference.</li>
</ul>
