MEASURE YOUR HEALTH AND GAIN INSIGHT:

  • Conduct a 30-second ECG test using your Apple Watch Series 4 (or newer models).
  • Monitor the synchronization between your breathing and pulse on your iPhone or Apple Watch to gain valuable insights into your current health status and any fluctuations.
  • Observe how your daily actions impact your well-being and make informed decisions based on the data.
  • We recommend performing three tests daily to understand how your habits influence your health.
  • Add notes to keep track of your routines and activities.
  • Share results directly with your healthcare provider.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Download the Vagus ECG app and complete the registration process.
  • Access Apple’s standard “Apple ECG” app on your Apple Watch.
  • Follow controlled breathing techniques by inhaling calmly for 5 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds, continuously repeating this pattern for 30 seconds (3 cycles of controlled breathing).
  • For optimal ECG results, ensure you are in a relaxed and quiet environment. Allow your pulse and breathing to stabilize before conducting the test. In case of unexpected results, repeat the test to ensure accurate readings.
  • Review the test results on the VAGUS ECG app on your iPhone or view a summary on your Apple Watch.
  • Add personal notes within the VAGUS ECG app on your iPhone for reference.
